Everyday the Climate Action Network (CAN) and Avaaz present the Fossil Of The Day award to the countries doing the least to combat climate change during the negotiations. Yesterday the winner was Ukraine for having the single worst carbon emissions reduction target in the world: a 20% reduction from 1990 levels… which means a 75% increase from current levels.
